Dr. Nuvo Vindi is a Separatist scientist who appears in the "Clone Wars" animated TV show. He is a brilliant but unhinged bacteriologist.
Vindi is responsible for developing the Blue Shadow Virus, a highly contagious and deadly plague. His goal is to unleash the virus on a large population in order to demonstrate its devastating power.
His first appearance is in the "Blue Shadow Virus" arc of the *Clone Wars* TV show. He is eventually stopped by Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi, but the virus remains a threat.
